Packing & Shipping Instructions
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE DISK DRIVE BE PACKAGED PROPERLY TO ENSURE THAT MORE DAMAGE DOES NOT OCCUR DURING SHIPMENT.
THIS WILL ASSURE THE GREATEST CHANCE FOR DATA RECOVERY:

Place the drive in an anti static bag if possible.

Pack the drive in a small box, at least 2 times the size of the drive.

Use foam, bubble wrap, styrofoam nuggets even peanuts to securely pack the drive in the box.

Sign and include the completed Data Recovery Questionnaire.

Write your return address on the outside of the box.
